Project: A collection of high-value and complex medical facilities across Qatar.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working in partnership with the delivery team’s government relations to understand and plan program-level visa requirements and ensure that applications can be managed in the most efficient manner possible.
Working with the client to coordinate support in obtaining block visas where possible and managing the program-level risk assessment.
Measuring the employee feedback on their experiences and developing a model for continuous improvement.
Managing and developing a small team of professionals providing services across the function.
Performing other responsibilities, such as participating in corporate working groups, associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Reviewing of construction progress including programme and quality control/auditing.
Reviewing all testing and commissioning activities and liaising with the independent commissioning authority.
Supporting the commercial team in the valuation of works, change control, or claims.
Assisting in the production of project reports.
Supporting bidding and securing new work.
About you
You have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, professional certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, or the like. You can comply with MMUP Certification or equivalent charter registration with an internationally recognized institution, and you have having Middle East experience is a plus.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and be part of a strong, motivated team. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
